Lynx Yachts

A new player in the superyacht market, superyacht builder LYNX Yachts produces both luxury motor yachts and yacht support vessels under the YACHT-X-TENDER (YXT) brand name. LYNX yachts is headquartered in NIjkerk, the Netherlands.

History of LYNX Yachts

Luxury yacht builder LYNX Yachts is the brainchild of entrepreneur Slim Bouricha who, like many other yachtsmen, set out to build a superyacht and ended up founding a shipyard in order to have more control over the process. His concept for LYNX Yachts is to integrate the exterior and interior design and the construction of the vessel under one roof. Superyacht builder LYNX Yachts is located in the Netherlands in order to take advantage of the world renowned quality of the Dutch yacht building tradition.

Notable LYNX Yachts Builds

In May 2013, superyacht builder LYNX Yachts delivered its first custom motor yacht, the 33.4m Heliad II, designed by naval architects Diana Yacht Design. Heliad’s exterior styling is traditional, including a canoe stern, while her interior styling is contemporary. An 8m beam makes for enormous volume inside and out. The first YXT yacht support vessel was launched by LYNX yachts in 2014, and subsequently sold. The 23.98m vessel allows owners to transport tenders and water toys without cluttering the decks of their luxury yacht. It also accommodates overflow guests and acts as a floating “beach”.

Specialisations of LYNX Yachts
