First look: Feadship's 24m F80 yacht en route to outfitting

14 July 2026 • Written by Emily Dawkins

Dutch shipyard Feadship has shared a first look at its 24-metre F80 yacht as it moves to outfitting.

The new build represents the yard's return to the world of small private yachts, which, according to Feadship, has been developed in response to a growing demand for a yacht around the 24-metre mark. Exclusive data from BOATPro indicates that the yard's latest 24-metre build, Wilverly (now Bernardus J.), was delivered in 1970.

"The F80 brings the craftsmanship, comfort and quality associated with Feadship's much larger custom yachts to a new size category," read a statement from the builders.

The yacht is said to be inspired by the look of classic Feadship builds, with its traditional clipper bow and large aft area, yet incorporates contemporary design language with slender glazing and a low profile.

The F80 has been designed for owners seeking "luxury without compromise", the yard states, combining classic styling with generous living spaces on board. A top speed of 33 knots is also expected.

All other details of the new build remain sparse, though construction is expected to have begun in 2025 at Feadship's Makkum facilities.

The F80 will now complete outfitting at the Feadship De Vries facilities and is anticipated for delivery in 2027.

According to BOATPro, Feadship currently has 16 yachts under development, including the 89.6-metre Project 828, also known as Milky Way, which was recently spotted on sea trials.
