The hull and superstructure of the second hull in Heesen's "new class" of high-speed aluminium superyachts has now been joined. The project – which is the largest vessel ever built on speculation by the Dutch shipyard – now moves into outfitting, with delivery scheduled for Q3 of 2027.
The 56.7-metre is known as Project Evita and has the same design team as sistership Santosha, including Omega Architects on the exterior design and British studio Harrison Eidsgaard on the interior layout. A Fast Displacement Hull Form (FDHF), which offers a top speed of 21 knots, is combined with a shallow, 2.3-metre draft, which the yard notes to make the build "the largest yacht capable of accessing shallow-water destinations like the Bahamas".
What sets Project Evita apart from her sistership, however, is the redesigned social hub of the main deck aft, which is arranged with a six square-metre infinity pool flanked by sunpads and complemented by a lazarette for water toy storage. The sundeck is another convivial area on board; divided into three zones, the deck is complete with sun loungers and a forward lounge as well as al fresco dining and a bar under the hardtop.

Inside, a volume of 780GT and nearly 400 square metres of interior space offer a layout designed for both privacy and social interaction. While Harrison Eidsgaard has designed the interior layout on board, Heesen Yachts Interiors is responsible for the interior styling, which favours rich woods and a nautical cream and blue colour palette.
Accommodation is for up to 12 guests across six cabins, including a 60-square-metre master suite located forward on the main deck, which spans the yacht's full 9.5-metre beam. Meanwhile, further quarters accommodate a crew of 13.
The project is expected to have a transatlantic range of 3,900 nautical miles at 13 knots, and is compliant with IMO Tier III standards.
The announcement comes at a busy time for the Dutch yard, which has six yachts currently under construction, according to BOATPro. The 50-metre Project Grace, another on-spec build from Heesen, also reached the same construction milestone late last year.
