Horizon to complete superyacht Saluzi refit in August

29 July 2013 • Written by Raphael Montigneaux

Horizon has announced the imminent completion of the 69.2m superyacht Saluzi's refit.

Saluzi started a very extensive refit to convert her from a mini luxury cruise ship into a yacht in September 2012. When delivered, this project will become the largest refit to date at Horizon. It included modifying the 37 medium-sized cabins into 16 spacious staterooms, as well as adding Jacuzzis, sun pads, teak decking, and custom interior décor.

As a reminder, Saluzi was launched by Austal in 2003. At that time she was christened Tia Moana and was part of a cruising company's fleet in French Polynesia with her sistership Tu Moana.

Being currently at the final stages of her refit, Saluzi is now scheduled to be delivered to her Asian owners in August.
