Saxdor Yachts has announced the delivery of a Saxdor 400 GTO to His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai.

Measuring 12.4 metres, the model is the Finnish shipyard's flagship and is characterised by an impressive top speed of 48 knots.

Another key feature is the open wheelhouse which extends to the full beam of the boat. This maximises the internal living space and offers direct access to side terraces, a unique design feature that "creates a private island experience while at rest".

Accommodation includes a forward double cabin, an aft cabin and an optional configuration for children. The aft deck sunbed extends across the 3.6-metre beam, while the bow seating area (with optional Bimini) provides a "gorgeous sunset cocktail setup" according to the shipyard. Other leisure highlights include a barbecue, sink and hi-low tables for flexible al fresco living.

"We are extremely delighted and deeply honoured to have been selected by His Highness," said shipyard CEO Erna Rusi. "The Prince’s Saxdor 400 GTO was delivered with special attention, with several people from our senior team present to ensure the best possible experience. We look forward to seeing His Highness enjoy the great features of the boat."

Saxdor Yachts has nine models in its portfolio ranging from 5.9 to 12.4 metres.
