ISA Yachts, a brand of Palumbo Superyachts, has announced the sale of a new 80 metre custom superyacht.
The unnamed project marks the first collaboration between the Italian shipyard and Espen Øino, who is responsible for the yacht's exterior design. It will be the largest yacht built to date by ISA Yachts and joins the 79.9 metre Continental 80 in the construction sheds in Ancona with delivery scheduled for 2026.
Giuseppe Palumbo, director of Palumbo Superyachts, has described the superyacht as an “avant-garde project that “consolidates [the] company’s presence in the international superyacht panorama."
The yacht’s naval engineering is a joint effort between Palumbo and Italian studio Hydrotec.
“We are delighted to be working with ISA on this exciting project. [The] owners are experienced and have a keen eye for aesthetics and a background in naval architecture,” said Espen Øino.
“We can't wait to see the final result of this mix of skills and professionalism that will materialise over the next few years,” he added.
The client was introduced by Nicholas Hidiroglou of Parsifal Yachting and joins 14 other yachts under construction at Palumbo, ranging from 24 to 80 metres.
