IYC and HMY sell sportsfisher superyacht Marlena

John F. Dane at IYC tells me that he has acted for the buyer in the sale of Marlena, the 28.96m Jim Smith Tournament Sportfish, while Steve Moynihan of HMY Yacht Sales acted for the seller.

Built for tournament sportfishing, Marlena offers five staterooms, a luxurious salon, dining area, and galley on her main deck. Her skybridge features tournament controls, spacious seating and great views. Twin MTU 16V 2000 engines give her a maximum speed of nearly 42 knots.

She was lying in Palm Beach, Florida, and asking $7,950,000.
