Compass Tenders has announced the delivery of two 12.5m limousine tenders to accompany the 160.6 metre Lürssen superyacht Blue.
The tenders are among Compass’ largest undertakings to date and both have been customed to match the colour scheme of the mothership.
Each tender has a spacious interior saloon with privacy glass covering the gunwales and the overhead skylight. Seating is for 14 guests and there is a head forward.
Guests will board via the aft platform onto a flush deck that matches the height of the mothership’s stern platform. Exterior seating is for up to six on the aft, with a 130-litre fridge, two large storage drawers and worktops for drinks service.
The tenders can comfortably reach 45 knots powered by two 440hp Volvo engines.
Blue was delivered in July 2022 and is now the fifth-largest yacht in the world by length. According to BOATPro, she is currently en route to Egypt.
