Horizon Yachts' latest delivery is Virginia, a 27.3 metre motor yacht from the Taiwanese builder's E84 series.

Built in composite, this new Horizon E84 is designed by the yard's in-house team, and has a distinctive H-shaped window in the hull that marks her out as a Horizon yacht from afar.

Her interior is contemporary and bright with a main deck that is more spacious than the standard version because the galley has been moved to the lower deck. Special features include a dining area that can be transformed into a Mahjong area in the forward main deck, with a dining table that can be converted into Mahjong table, plus a coffee bar and refrigerator.

Virginia accommodates six guests in three cabins on the lower deck: a full-beam master suite, a VIP and a double cabin. The crew area for three is independent with access from the stern.

The yacht is powered by twin 1,550hp MAN engines giving a top speed of 22 knots and a cruising speed of 18 knots.

Virginia completed her sea trials in March and was delivered to her owners in Hong Kong in early April. She will make her debut at the Hong Kong Gold Coast Boat Show, 11–13 May, 2012.
