Italian shipyard Maiora has announced the sale of the 38-metre new build Maiora M | 38, with delivery expected in September 2026. The transaction was managed in-house by IYC, with sales consultant Costas Dimopoulos introducing the buyer, while both Michel Chryssicopoulos, IYC global managing partner, and Dimopoulos represented the seller.
The yacht was sold under confidential agreement in less than two months, with an asking price of €15,800,000.
The interiors, designed by Acube Design, feature sophisticated finishes, refined materials and layouts that maximise natural light and space. She accommodates 12 guests across five cabins, with dedicated quarters for six crew, ensuring comfort, liveability and effortless flow throughout.
The exterior, by Italian studio Quartostile, offers expansive decks, panoramic upper-deck views and an independent pilot house, combining functional cruising spaces with elegant design.
Maiora M | 38 is one of the latest new-build sales handled by IYC, a global yachting company with over 160 professionals across 15 offices worldwide. The firm provides a full range of services, including sales and purchase, chartering, yacht management, new construction, crew placement and insurance and claims management, supported by proprietary software solutions designed to deliver industry-leading service.
With her sale now complete, Maiora M | 38 is set to join her new owner later this year.
