The second hull in Perini Navi's 42-metre E-volution sailing line has arrived at the yard's Viareggio facility to begin outfitting.
The yacht was transported there from the yard'sTuzla facility in Turkey after it was launched earlier this month. It remains on track for a 2021 delivery.
Speaking about the project, Perini Navi Chairman & chief executive officer Lamberto Tacoli said: "It is always a huge pleasure to see a new yacht.
"This second S/Y 42m E-volution, which is also the first GTS version in the series, is the perfect symbiosis of comfort and performance, and we are receiving a very positive response to it."
Key features include an aluminium hull, lifting keel and naval architecture by Reichel - Pugh. The exterior design by Perini Navi also features a carbon fibre superstructure and deckhouse.
The 275GT interior will accommodate a total of eight guests in four staterooms while the crew quarters will accommodate seven staff in four cabins.
It comes after the first 42-metre hybrid sailing yacht in the E-volution line arrived in Italy in March to complete construction.
The E-volution line offers an innovative hybrid propulsion system that combines a main diesel engine and an electric motor as part of the shipyard’s commitment to environmental sustainability.
