The aluminium hull of Perini Navi's 47 metre E-volution sailing yacht has arrived in Viareggio to begin outfitting.
It comes after the yard announced the sale of the yacht, which had already begun construction on spec, in November 2019. Sold to a European owner, the yacht has a scheduled delivery for 2022.
The yacht is the third sailing yacht underway in Perini Navi's E-volution range. The yard has already sold a 42 metre E-volution and 42 metre GTS model.
Built from an aluminium hull with a carbon-fibre boom and rigging, the yacht has been designed entirely in-house with special attention paid to optimising sail use and easy handling.
The exterior lines have been described as “strikingly sleek and elegant” by the yard, while extensive glazing illuminates the interior with natural light.
The transom has been transformed and now includes a large beach area and sunbathing area with a fold-down platform into the sea.
The main deck saloon meanwhile has been designed to feel like an extension of the cockpit and aft deck.
Accommodation is for a total of eight guests in four guest cabins, including the master suite aft. The yacht’s interior design has been penned in-house in collaboration with Marco Costanzi Architects.
