Danish Yachts, builder of advanced carbon-composite yachts, has selected Bradford Marine as its exclusive yacht sales and service representative in the Americas.

Aside from its brokerage division, Bradford Marine operates two service and refit shipyards in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Freeport, Grand Bahama, The Bahamas. The availability of the yards was an important consideration for the Danish builder to extend service to its clients in the Americas.

Danish Yachts' Aerocruiser 38m high-performance motor yacht Shooting Star won at the 2012 World Superyacht Awards in the Two-deck and open semi-displacement or planing motor yacht category. Since this noted launch, Danish Yachts has announced a line of innovative fast carbon-composite sailboats, the 100S, being built in cooperation with Infiniti Yachts. This new breed of sailing yacht employs a high-tech and patented Dynamic Stability System (DSS) by Hugh Welbourn. The first 100S is scheduled for a late 2014 launch date.
