Rodriguez Group, exclusive distributor of the Italyachts series, announces the launch of Special K. This 30.5m open yacht was sold to an American owner by the brokerage company Whyko.
Special K comes from the Italyachts' Azul 31 motor yacht series. Her hull is based on the successful Leopard 31 series designed by Andrea Bacigalupo with an interior entirely customized to the wishes of the owner with natural oak and four different marbles.
Special K accommodates eight guests in four cabins: a full-beam master suite, a VIP, a double and a twin. The owner also requests larger crew quarters.
Powered by triple 1,342kW MTU engines, she will achieve a top speed of 40 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of 36 knots, allowing a range of 350 nautical miles. Her exterior surfaces were finished with Alexeal paints.
Special K will be delivered at the end of July. Then she will be shipped from South of France to enjoy cruising in Miami and The Bahamas.
