A new Jongert 2400M was launched on June 24th. Her name is Uisge Beatha, meaning "water of life" in Scottish Gaelic.

With a length of 24.3m, this Jongert 2400M is a further development of her sistership Charisma Nova. Built in aluminium, Uisge Beatha was designed by Doug Peterson and the in-house team. Her interior accommodates the owners in a master, and seven other guests and crew. The cockpit has been especially built for the Scottish owners who want to have the possibility of sailing without a crew.

The owner comments: "We have followed Jongert for about 35 years. And all that time we have been impressed by the quality of the Jongert yachts. When we still had a shipyard ourselves, Jongert always was a source of inspiration for us. (...) Last year we sold our company and now we can realize our dream. And that is our own Jongert yacht. This Jongert yacht. The Uisge Beatha."
