Damen Yachting has lowered the third unit in its Amels 60 series into the water at its Vlissingen shipyard. The 60-metre yacht, known only by the project name Amels 6003, will now undergo outfitting ahead of her delivery later in 2023.
This unit was sold in September 2021, around six months before the first hull, Come Together, was launched. There is now a total of six Amels 60 models sold, with two delivered.
The model features exterior design by Espen Øino, with a slightly flared bow, long lines of glazing along the main and upper decks and distinctive geometric windows amidships. Similarly to Come Together, Winch Design has helmed the interior of hull three.

Elsewhere, a nine-metre tender can be stored on the foredeck. An interior of 830GT offers accommodation for 12 guests and 12 crew, plus a captain.
Joppe Osté, project manager at Damen Yachting called the launch a "proud" moment for the team. “She looks stunning in the winter sunshine, a true testament to all who have worked so hard towards this moment," said Osté.
"I know I speak for the whole team when I say how much we are looking forward to the next few months as we work on taking the build through its final phases," he continued.
Jorrit Pilaar, sales manager at Damen Yachting added: "We are very excited to see the yacht enter the water for the first time. With this milestone moment behind we’re very keen to move forward to the next stages and prepare this third Amels 60 for this year’s yachting season."
The second hull in the Amels 60 line, Entourage, was launched in July 2022 and delivered at the beginning of 2023. The first interior renderings of 6003's sistership were revealed earlier in the month.
