Update on Benetti's first Delfino 28.3m motor yacht Azul for SeaNet

SeaNet Fractional Yachts' principals and clients were witnesses to Benetti's launch last week of the first 28.3m Delfino 93, now named Azul, to enter SeaNet's new International Fleet Program.

Azul is scheduled to spend the summer of 2012 in the Mediterranean, followed by a winter season in the Caribbean. In 2013, Benetti is due to deliver SeaNet's second Delfino 93, which will follow the same path, while the owners of Azul explore the shores of the US West Coast, Mexico and Costa Rica.

Ultimately, four Delfinos will join the SeaNet Fractional Yachts fleet, allowing owners to spend time on nearly identical yachts in a wide range of destination choices, including the Bahamas, US East Coast and Eastern Mediterranean.

Built in composite to a design by Stefano Righini, the yacht has an interior by Carlo Galeazzi and accommodates 10 guests in full comfort.

Twin 747kW Caterpillar engines give the Delfino 93 a top speed of 14 knots and a range of 1,500 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has Benetti Exclusive Sea Technology electronic systems, an at-anchor yacht stabilisation system and RINA classification.

Azul accommodates 10 to 12 guests in a main-deck master suite and four large guest suites.
