Gemini is a 45.22 m Motor Yacht, currently being built in Italy by Rossinavi and recently launched (soon to be delivered in 2026). She is the only NL45 model.

She can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 staterooms, with 9 crew members waiting on their every need. She has a gross tonnage of 499.0 GT and a 9.12 m beam, and she is built with a Teak deck, a Aluminium hull, and Aluminium superstructure.
She was designed by Fulvio De Simoni Yacht Design, who also completed the naval architecture. Fulvio De Simoni Yacht Design has designed 198 yachts and created the naval architecture for 112 yachts for yachts above 24 metres.
