The Italian marine industry is set to exceed a record turnover of €7 billion in fiscal 2022/2023, according to a report by the Italian Marine Industry Association Confindustria Nautica and the Edison Foundation.
The estimated figure represents growth of approximately 20 per cent compared to the previous year, encompassing all components within the sector including shipbuilding, equipment and engine manufacturing.
