The best luxury charter yachts for under €50k

Chartering isn't just about the megayachts costing millions a week. Yachts that fall under €50k offer all the enjoyment of a private and highly-bespoke vacation for those keeping to a tighter budget.

Rehab

Easily spotted from afar thanks to her distinctive blue and navy hull, Sunseeker superyacht Rehab is the perfect boat for a small group of four family or friends to relax and rejuvenate. Her compact size of 21 metres and shallow one-metre draft mean Rehab is a nimble superyacht ideal for exploring secret coves and peaceful anchorages otherwise inaccessible to larger yachts. Able to reach an impressive top speed of 40 knots, Rehab can also cruise quickly to new destinations, providing a thrilling experience above deck in the process. Other highlights on board this sporty Predator 68 include her ample al fresco entertaining spaces and wealth of water toys including waterskiing and wakeboarding gear.

Rehab is managed for charter by Bluewater with a weekly charter rate starting from €22,500.

Eros

First launched by Brooke Marine in 1939, Eros is a classic charter yacht with a colourful past, having previously been owned by Greek shipping magnate Stavros Niarchos and chartered by the former King of Spain Juan Carlos I during his royal honeymoon. The 31.39 metre sailing yacht retains many of her original features such as the teak panelling in the dining saloon and classic wooden helm, while her refitted interiors maintain a sense of gilded age charm with distinctly art-deco features. Up to eight guests and five crew can be accommodated on board, with the al fresco dining table offering the perfect spot to socialise over dinner. Other highlights on board Eros that will rival pricier yachts include her well-stocked toybox, which carries kayaks, deep-sea fishing equipment, paddleboards, gear for waterskiing and wakeboarding and more.

Eros is available to charter with Classic Charters, with a weekly rate starting from $42,000.

Martina

Twelve guests can be accommodated in Martina’s five cabins, making her an ideal yacht for parties and larger families. The 30 metre yacht, which can reach a top speed of 27 knots, is managed by six crew members and can be found cruising the East Med. Martina features Indoor and outdoor dining areas and sports a classic, wood-finished interior design. Delivered by Falcon in 2002, she was last refitted in 2016. The best part about chartering Martina is that your holiday can be used for good; each year a percentage of the yacht’s charter revenues are donated to support non-profit organisations that protect marine life.
