Motor yacht Madsummer becomes Bella Vita and available for charter

The recently sold 45m (148’) motor yacht Madsummer has been sold and, renamed Bella Vita, is available for charter in the Bahamas this summer through Burgess.

At the end of July she will have a yard period for a full refit and repaint before coming back onto the charter market in winter 2014 in the Caribbean.

An outstanding, classic interior by Sinot Yacht Design accommodates 12 guests in six en suite staterooms, including a master suite forward, four double staterooms and a twin cabin with Pullman berths.

All staterooms are on the main deck, offering outstanding views and have floor-to-ceiling windows.

Alfresco dining is available in shaded areas on the sun and bridge decks. State-of-the-art electronic systems include Wi-Fi internet access and high-definition televisions throughout.

Bella Vita boasts zero speed stabilizers for anti-roll motion, a spa and sauna and a spacious sun deck.

Water toys include two tenders, two SeaDoos, snorkeling gear and an extensive list of towables.

Bella Vita is available at weekly rates from $245,000 in high season and $189,000 in low season.
