An insider's guide to the party island of Ibiza

Ibiza is arguably the best place to party in the Mediterranean and Jordana Reuben Yechiel knows exactly where to go and how to make the most of a visit on a superyacht.

Where to moor in Ibiza

You should moor in Ibiza Town port, or just outside.

Where to have lunch in Ibiza

For a quiet, chilled-out meal, and possibly the best fish on the island, head west to Es Torrent: an oldie but a goodie.

Alternatively book in at Beso Beach for lunch at 3 or 3.30pm. It’s famous for paella and local rosé.

Where to shop in Ibiza

Head to Heaven, the boutique for the high-end, hippy chic Ibiza uniform. Or Las Noches Ibiza sells colourful, bead-embellished dresses for a night on the town.

Where to have supper in Ibiza

Try IT is the only two Michelin-star restaurant on the island. Dress code? Floaty florals and bohemian white cotton dresses and skirts will fit in.

Lío is always great for a cheesy but fun dinner and cabaret. Nothing like a little Shirley Bassey to get you on your feet!

Alternatively for an intimate Italian dinner in a rustic garden setting, it’s got to be La Paloma in San Lorenzo in the middle of the island.

Where to party in Ibiza

Sunday night at Beachouse – Rumors with Israeli techno DJ Guy Gerber – turns into the best party on the island.

DC10 on a Monday night is the place to be. Ibiza’s only true underground club, it’s been expanded and renovated and is the haunt for celebs and up-and-coming DJs.

Make sure you know your DJs. They are the island’s gods. So…“Luciano is playing at Space on Sundays as resident DJ” is something you now say!

Where to cure your hangover in Ibiza

Go straight to Beauty Doc in Marina Botafoch. Amazing jet facials will erase that heavy night.

Where to take day trip from Ibiza

Take a day trip, or longer, to Formentera. It has the best water in the Med. The Euro superyacht brigade will head to Juan Y Andrea, on Playa de Illetes, for platters of seafood and a very chic crowd.

If you want to stay overnight the Gecko Beach Club at Playa Migjorn, Formentera, is on the quiet side of the island, right on a very quiet beach. The boutique hotel has great yoga and a clean, healthy menu.

For sporty action in Ibiza

Polo lovers rejoice. Ibiza Polo Club is action-packed and all year round. Argentinian-style BBQs might also tempt you!
