Art Monte-Carlo celebrates 10th anniversary with curated exhibition and international gallery selection

26 March 2026 • Written by Hannah Rankine

The 10th edition of Art Monte-Carlo, a modern and contemporary art fair on the French Riviera, will take place from 29 April to 1 May 2026 at the Grimaldi Forum Monaco.

Since its launch in 2016, the fair has built a reputation as a distinguished meeting point for collectors and art professionals, recognised for its selective curation and refined atmosphere. The event's design prioritises a clear, fluid visitor experience within an intimate setting.

For this milestone edition, Art Monte-Carlo will host approximately 30 international galleries, each chosen for their established presence in modern and contemporary art. The fair maintains its signature “human-scale” format, allowing for uncluttered presentations that facilitate optimal viewing and appreciation of the works on display.

The 2026 edition will include a curated exhibition titled Earthly Delights, conceived by architect and curator Stefano Rabolli Pansera. Drawing its title from filmmaker Luis Buñuel's reflections on “the bar as a space of imagination, ritual and introspection”, the exhibition brings together works by prominent artists.

The exhibition explores “pleasure as a creative condition”, where “memory and invention, as well as hedonistic rituals and sensory refinement, become generative forces”, and where “imagination emerges as a way of inhabiting the world”.

Housed within the contemporary architecture of the Grimaldi Forum, Art Monte-Carlo operates in an environment designed to complement high-quality artworks. The event caters to collectors, art professionals and visitors seeking a carefully curated selection presented in an elegant, welcoming atmosphere.
