Range Rover

Returning for its second year at Milan Design Week, Range Rover is upping the ante with a sensory installation at Galleria Meravigli, created in partnership with Storey Studio, the creative design agency behind the Victoria & Albert Museum’s Chanel exhibition and Loro Piana’s immersive showcase at last year’s Salone del Mobile. The experience promises to invite guests into the luxury car marque’s impressive bespoke world, showcasing how memory, colour, texture, and place inspire its craft‑led personalisation.

Louis Vuitton

Louis Vuitton presents its Objets Nomades collection at the Palaazzo Serbelloni; an immersive exhibition, the showcase brings together a full 360 degree view of the maison’s homeware and lifestyle creations, including Signature pieces - comprised of furniture and lighting, Decorative Objects, the Art of Dining, and Exceptional Games.

Loro Piana

This year, Loro Piana introduces the first instalment of ‘Studies’. Chapter I: On the Plaid focuses on the historic checks – which were amongst the House’s first finished products in the 1980s – and at the installation, visitors will find a series of 23 plaids, each presented individually to showcase the differing techniques, construction, patterns and finishes, with variations demonstrating the breadth of Loro Piana’s savoir faire within singular forms.

Technogym

To mark the 40th anniversary of Technogym Unica, the luxury Italian performance brand unveils a dedicated installation for ‘Unica Mente’, celebrating the all-in-one home gym that has become a benchmark for exercise equipment.

Frette

Frette celebrates the latest iteration of its partnership with British interior designer Tara Bernerd. Turning Tables is a new collection of linens that features Bernerd’s signature artistry on the brand’s signature luxury tableware. Rubelli

This year, Rubelli presents Ai Wei Wei: About Silk, a collaboration between the Venetian textile experts and the world-famous contemporary artist who have crafted an installation from silk lampas. The Rubelli showroom is transformed into a ‘scenic box’ for an immersive experience allowing guests to truly understand the complexity of the both the artist and the brand’s incredible levels of craftsmanship.

Officine Gullo

Officine Gullo

The artisanal Italian kitchen craftsmen at Officine Gullo have come up with not one but two new ingenious ideas for oenophiles this year: firstly, The Wine Rooms, which translates the concept of wine culture into an experiential living space, and the Wine Cart, a trolley ‘conceived to transform wine service into a refined and theatrical gesture.’

Preciosa

Czech glass and lighting aficionados Preciosa presents ‘Drifting Lights’ this April, an immersive installation featuring 60 glass panels infused with air bubbles and suspended across a 30m2 structure, with a choreographed light sequence brought to life by Preciosa’s 3D light effects.

Veuve Cliquot

The quintessential champagne house has teamed up with artist Yinka Ilori to present Chasing the Sun, a celebration of light, joy and creativity in an immersive installation that precedes the launch of an exclusive series that will be unveiled worldwide.

Armani Casa

Giorgio Armani presents a new collection of homeware at Corso Venzia 14, alongside a selection of reinterpreted pieces from the house’s archives, all of which have been inspired by the interiors of the late Mr Armani’s residences. Simultaneously, the Giorgio Armani boutique at Via Sant’Andrea 9 hosts the second chapter of ARMANI/Archivio, which is comprised of 13 historic looks reimagined for the seasonal collections, coinciding with the space hosting talks and podcasts throughout the week.

Buccellati

Buccellati team up with Luke Edward Hall to create Aquae Mirabiles, celebrating the brand’s Caviar silverware collection with drawings by Hall bringing the concept to life. Curated by Federica Sala and designed by Balich Wonder Studio, this is an evocative visual experience that explores the Italian heritage house’s past and future.

Dior

In homage to Christian Dior’s ‘New Look’, the maison presents a series of lamps by French interior designer Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance. Designed to reimagine the signature lines of the era-defining Corolle skirt, the pieces are crafted from mouth-blown Murano glass and decorated in the couturier’s signature colours of grey, pink and white. Available in several sizes and as both table lamps and portable versions, the showcase is on display at Palazzo Landriani , Via Borgonuovo, 20121; dior.com

Meanwhile, other noteworthy exhibitions and presentations to add to your calendar include Hermes, which presents its new Home Collections at La Pelota, Via Palermo 10, (open to the public from 22 – 26 April); The Rosewood makes its MDW debut with installation “Objects that Speak: A Conversation Continued with Andrea Branzi”,  open from 21–25 April at Via Carlo de Cristoforis 1, Milan; Acqua di Parma launches its brand new book ‘BUONGIORNO - The Art of Living Under the Italian Sun,’ together with a travelling design installation ‘Il Chioschetto’ which can be found at Via Bernardino Luini, 12 20123 from 12 – 6pm on 20 April, and 10am 7pm from 21 – 26 April; Tom Dixon debuts its AW26 collections with a ‘living showroom’ concept at the all-new MuaMua Hotel and the historic Mulino Estate, which is transformed into a multidisciplinary hub before opening as a hotel after the fair – check it out at Via Aosta 2 from 21 – 26 April; Tod’s presents Icons by Icons at Via Savona 56, a celebration of four design masterpieces with a limited edition furnishings collection available to buy…   and finally Artemest, which has established itself as a regular highlight on the MDW calendar, hosts the fourth edition of L’Appartamento at Palazzo Donizetti on Via Gaetano Donizetti 48 with a new curatorial chapter dedicated to Italian Grandeur.
