On the evening of Saturday 28 March, BOAT International exclusively took over SeaHawk Prime by David Burke for an exceptional dining experience for the Owners' Club Palm Beach Dinner. The event brought together members of the Owners’ Club for an evening of exceptional food at one of Palm Beach's most exciting new venues. The evening was made possible through the generous support of P3 Marine, Dassault Falcon Jet Corp, The Twenty Five and EX JETS.
SeaHawk Prime debuted just a few months ago as Chef David Burke's first Florida-based restaurant and the latest addition to his celebrated portfolio. With stunning views overlooking the marina, the restaurant showcases Burke's signature approach to sophisticated American cuisine in a beautiful waterfront setting.
Guests were welcomed with a champagne cocktail reception on the terrace, where they enjoyed live music and panoramic views of the marina as the sun set over Palm Beach, before moving inside for the seated dinner.
Chef Burke curated a bespoke menu for the occasion that highlighted his innovative cooking style, guiding guests through each course and sharing insights into the inspiration behind each plate.
The menu featured several of Burke's signature creations, including his famous clothesline bacon amuse-bouche, the "tiny dancer" triple chocolate mousse cake and his original cakepop tree.
Dassault Falcon Jet Corp displayed jet models alongside elegant table books and gifted guests with pocket squares. The Twenty Five showcased its innovative Seaglider model and, as guests departed, EX JETS provided personalised thank you notes.
