The 30-metre Mulder motor yacht Mahalo has rejoined the brokerage market with a €700,000 price reduction with Lars Bjorkland and John Vitali of Ocean Independence.
Designed by Guido de Groot and built in aluminium by the Dutch yard to RINA class, she was delivered in 2014 as a 98’ flybridge model.
Omega Architects gave her a modern interior, incorporating stained walnut with touches of brushed nickel. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins, including a master suite, a VIP and two doubles. All cabins have entertainment centres, television sets and en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, four crew are accommodated in two cabins.
In the main saloon, there are custom carpets and linen, silk, leather and wool soft furnishings from top names like Dedar, Pierre Frei, Elitis and Spinneybeck, enhanced by an entertainment centre including a large screen television set and a Dolby stereo surround sound system. Forward is a formal dining area with seating for eight guests.
She has four outdoor spaces, including an expansive flybridge, bow and stern lounging and main deck dining. The flybridge includes lounge chairs, sofas, a wet bar with a grill, an ice maker and a fridge for al fresco entertaining and dining sheltered by a fixed Bimini top.
Powered by twin 1650hp Caterpillar C32 engines, Mahalo has a range of 1,800 nautical miles at 10 knots and is fitted with zero-speed stabilisers.
Mahalo is asking €4,900,000.
