A new central agency has been announced on the 31.7-metre Maiora motor yacht Amaya, now listed for sale with Sebastiano Pitasi of NEXT Yachting.
Delivered in 2001 by Italian shipyard Maiora, she had her last refit in 2025. Her exterior is designed by Roberto Del Re whilst her interiors and naval architecture are owed to Maiora.
Stepping on board, guests are invited into the light wood saloon, offering a large L-shaped sofa and a television for lounging space inside. Forward, a dining area is placed within the open-plan room, with seats for eight guests.
Downstairs, the lower deck houses accommodation for 10 guests across five cabins. This includes a spacious full-beam master suite and four additional guest staterooms, all equipped with en-suites.
The main deck aft features an al fresco dining space, with a built in sofa and deck chairs around a large dining table, partly shaded by the deck above.
Upstairs, the sundeck is the ideal sun-catching spot, with three sun beds aft, looking out onto unobstructed views. There is an optional covering allowing this deck to be used in all weather conditions. Forward is a built-in seating area and coffee table for al fresco dining or drinks, aided by the bar.
The yacht for sale can reach a cruising speed of up to 20 knots.
Amaya is asking €1,500,000 with VAT paid.
