The 36.8-metre Heesen motor yacht Lumir has been listed for sale with Chris Santon of Burgess.
Built in 2005, the motor yacht benefited from an extensive refit in 2013, followed by a series of major upgrades and works carried out under her current ownership between 2022 and 2026. Her design was the work of both Heesen, who completed her naval architecture, and Omega Architects, who penned her sporty exterior design and contemporary interiors.
The circular main saloon greets guests as they step on board, characterised by blue and cream furnishings which wrap around the curved wood walls. A dining area with a table for eight is situated forward, cocooned by rich wood cabinetry and sitting atop a light wooden floor.
The light wood aesthetic continues into the owner's suite, with panelling decorating both the floors and walls for a classic look. In addition to a large bed, there is a marble en suite and vanity desk.
In total, the yacht for sale can accommodate up to ten guests across five cabins with further space for six crew members. Along with the guest accommodation, the lower deck has a gym with all the necessary equipment for a thorough workout.
Up top, the flybridge offers a social layout, with a large banquette and dining table, a bar and a spa pool flanked by sunpads.
Powered by twin MTU engines, she delivers a top speed of 31 knots and a stable, sporty ride that cruises at 26 knots.
Lumir is asking AUD $9,750,000.
