39m Tansu motor yacht Moonshot sold

24 August 2026 • Written by Nick Jeffery and Lucy Pughe-Morgan

The 39.1-metre Tansu motor yacht Moonshot has been sold in a deal with Max Bulley of Y.CO representing the seller and Alain Auvare of Fraser Monaco representing the buyer.

Moonshot was constructed in epoxy and wood from the Turkish yard's Tigershark model. Delivered in 2017, she features an exterior design by Riza Tansu, with naval architecture by Diana Yacht Design and interiors from UraStudio in collaboration with Tansu's in-house team.

Her broker notes that "Moonshot delivers far more than her size suggests", with tender and toy storage, a spacious aft deck and swim platform and significant recent upgrades, including a full interior refit and comprehensive systems updates.

Moonshot was last asking €8,950,000

Her interior spaces are minimalist and contemporary, with each living area refreshingly bright and complemented by colourful pops of artwork and soft furnishings. The main saloon offers two white sofas with a dining table for six positioned towards the aft.

Accommodation on board is provided for eight guests across four cabins, including a master suite on the main deck and a VIP cabin and two twin cabins on the lower deck. Each cabin benefits from portholes, which can be opened for natural ventilation. Meanwhile, there are quarters for a crew of five.

Al fresco dining can be found on the main deck aft, featuring two separate dining tables with fitted sofas under a retractable cover. Above, the upper deck is home to a relaxed skylounge with a U-shaped sofa, bar and a round table for six guests.

Further al fresco dining space is provided through the glass double doors on the upper deck aft, complemented by both a sofa for the dining table and a banquette facing aft to enjoy the views.

The tender deck is spacious and, when empty, guests can make the most of the space, stretched to a large swimming platform, reached via full-width teak steps. The beach club can be transformed into a cinema for late-night viewing or an outdoor gym during the lighter hours.

The 295GT, RINA-classed motor yacht is powered by twin Caterpillar diesels, giving her a top speed of 15.8 knots, a cruising speed of 13 knots and a range of 3,000 nautical miles. Zero-speed stabilisers also offer comfort when anchored in remote locations.

Moonshot was last asking €8,950,000.
