A new central agency has been announced on the 43-metre Codecasa motor yacht Theolina, now listed for sale with Michel Chryssicopoulos of IYC.
Delivered in 2007 and built by Italian shipyard Codecasa, which also completed the naval architecture, the motor yacht's interior design was completed by Anna Maria and Franco Della Role.
Stepping on board, the main saloon offers a spacious and comfortable lounging area, with multiple soft furnishings centred around a coffee table in two separate areas. The aft area features a bar with barstools, providing ample living space for large parties.
Forward is the full-beam owner's suite, which includes a dressing room and seating area as well as an en-suite bathroom. The cabins are characterised by light wood and cream interiors, creating a calming atmosphere on board.
The lower deck houses the guest accommodation, with space overall on board to sleep up to 13 guests across six cabins. This includes two VIP cabins and two twin cabins with pullman berths for flexible accommodation.
The main deck offers an al fresco dining space on the aft deck for 10, shaded by the deck above, for all-weather use. This deck also features lounging areas aft in the sun, offering more relaxing space.
The upper deck is the central dining deck, with a formal dining room that seats 12 guests.
Moving through the double doors to the deck, another al fresco dining option is available, with a large table that seats 12 guests. This is flanked by sunbeds and a banquette forward to allow for the deck to be used for lounging as well as dining.
The sundeck offers more lounging areas aft, with large peach and beige soft furnishings, complemented by coffee tables with panoramic views off the stern of the yacht. Amidships is a bar that can be used as a dining area with a barbecue.
Forward features a spa pool flanked by sunapds for the ultimate sun-catching spot.
On the foredeck, a large round sunpad sits on the bow with uninterrupted views, providing a private area for relaxation.
The yacht for sale's twin Caterpillar engines allow for a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 15.5 knots. She also boasts a maximum cruising range of 3,000 nautical miles at 13 knots.
Theolina is asking €11,500,000.
