Good grief, it's all price cuts today as I learn of a $5 million drop on the 51.67m motor yacht Marjorie Morningstar, a central listing with Merle Wood at Merle Wood & Associates.

One on the famed Tigre d’Or series from Amels she was built in 2004 to Lloyds class and MCA is MCA compliant, with exterior styling by Terence Disdale Design. Her interior, by Studio Pinto, features eight varieties of wood and other fine materials.

Marjorie Morningstar offers a full beam master suite with large his and hers bathrooms, walk-in wardrobe and large owner’s office/lounge that may be closed off from the owners stateroom. Four additional guest staterooms below each offer queen beds and en-suite baths. There are crew quarters for up to 14 in seven cabins with a generous crew mess/lounge and service areas.

A complete exterior repaint was completed in May 2012 and Marjorie Morningstar is down from $34.9 million to $29.9 million.
