New CA on 62m Sanlorenzo motor yacht Lemon Tree

15 July 2026 • Written by Nick Jeffery and Lucy Pughe-Morgan

A new central agency has been announced on the 61.5-metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht Lemon Tree, now listed for sale with Matt Emerson and Kevin Kramer of Burgess.

Delivered by the Italian builder in 2021, the steel and aluminium superyacht sports striking lines by Officina Italiana Design and a contemporary interior by a collaboration between Margherita Casprini and Francesco Paszkowski.

Lemon Tree is asking €62,000,000

Stepping on board, the main saloon offers relaxing earthy tones, illuminated by ample natural light provided by full-height windows, with a large L-shaped sofa and various seating arrangements. The dining area sits in the same open-plan layout, separated by a tinted glass wall, with a formal dining table for 12.

A pool can be found on the main deck aft, flanked by large soft sunpads and with sliding covers that make it easily convertible into another spacious sunpad. This is paired with a sweeping built-in sofa under the shade of the deck above.

In terms of interiors, Paszkowski and Casprini focused on a design that would match the owner's plan to spend as much as six months a year on board. In order to make it the ultimate “home from home”, a spacious owner’s deck was paramount; thus, the whole of Lemon Tree's upper deck has been dedicated to the owner’s exclusive use and spans 210 square metres.

Here, there is a study, an adjoining skylounge that can be converted into a cinema for family movie nights, and a forward-facing cabin with floor-to-ceiling glass that provides views over a private terrace with a pool.

The total accommodation on board is for a party of 14 guests in seven cabins, one of which doubles as a massage room, with further quarters for a crew of 16.

A guest lift connects the main deck, owner's deck and sundeck, allowing for an easy flow throughout the yacht.

Up top, a relaxation hub can be located on the bridge deck, equipped with sunpads and sun loungers, a seating area and a bar, all with panoramic views perfect for sundowners or daytime entertaining.

Closer to the water on the lower deck, Lemon Tree offers guests a large Hammam plus a beach club which opens on three sides. The glass-bottomed pool of the main deck aft above fills the space with natural light. Handy steps also lead down to the swim platform, where guests are greeted with easy access to the sea.

The 1,280GT ABS-classed yacht for sale can reach top speeds of 16.5 knots under her twin MTU diesel engines. Her cruising speed is 12 knots and she has a range of 5,000 nautical miles at 11 knots. Her tender list includes a 10-metre Pascoe Open Limousine and an 8.5-metre Ribeye YT811 with a 300 hp engine.

Lemon Tree is asking €62,000,000.
