74m Amels motor yacht Synthesis newly listed for sale

A new joint central agency has been announced on the 74-metre Amels motor yacht Synthesis, now listed for sale with Fergus Torrance and Tassos Papantoniou of Torrance Yachts and Dominic Millman of Burgess.

The motor yacht is an Amels 242 Limited Edition yacht delivered in 2021, the fifth yacht of this highly sought-after customised series, with significant upgrades completed at Oceanco in 2023 and Damen Yachting in 2026, including her five-year survey and full exterior repaint.

Offering an impressive 1,790GT, she stands out in the 70-metre market for her exceptional volume and strong design pedigree, combining British expertise with Tim Heywood exteriors and award-winning Winch Design interiors. She subsequently won the "Best Interior Design, Motor Yachts 500GT and Above" at the 2022 BOAT Design & Innovation Awards.

The main saloon offers an open and light living space, characterised by cream furnishings and large windows.

Moving out onto the main deck, the highlight is the expansive infinity pool, flanked by sunpads and armchairs.

Up a level on the owner's deck, there is a spacious master cabin with contemporary interiors, a large his-and-hers en-suite bathroom, an office space, a private lounge and a deck area forward through doors in the cabin, with sunpads and a spa pool.

The two VIP cabins are located on the main deck, whilst the rest of the guest accommodation can be found on the lower deck, all with en-suites. Overall, accommodation on board is for 12 guests with space for 18 crew members plus the captain.

The lower deck is also home to a wellness area, which includes a wooden spa pool, massage room, sauna and hammam.

On a retractable transom, the yacht also has a gym with direct access to the sea from a ladder off the platform.

An upper saloon can be found on the owner's deck, with lounging and dining space for guests to use.

Through the glass doors, a large al fresco is featured on the owner's deck aft, with a dining table for all guests under the shading of the deck above, as well as a sweeping banquette and coffee tables aft.

The bridge deck features a dining room seating 10 guests. The double glass doors allow for natural light to fill this space, making it an attractive entertaining space.

Aft on the bridge deck is a spacious seating area paired with a coffee table, all with panoramic views and space for a helipad. This area can also be converted into an open-air cinema for onboard entertainment.

The sundeck is laid out for relaxing in the sun, with multiple soft furnishings and sunpads circling a large spa pool.

Powered by the yacht for sale's twin MTU engines, she can cruise at 15 knots and boasts a maximum speed of 16.5 knots.

Synthesis is asking €132,000,000.
