€2M price reduction on 50m Ada motorsailer All About U

The 49.9-metre Ada Yacht Works motorsailer All About U has received a €2,000,000 price reduction to her listing with Fernando Nicholson of Camper & Nicholsons and Leo Jordil of IYC. Listed for sale in July 2025, she joined the brokerage market for the first time since her delivery in 2018.

Designed by Ginton Naval Architects, All About U "blends the grace of a sailing yacht with the power and comfort of a motor yacht", according to her brokers. At the time of her launch, she became the flagship of her Turkish builders by length and volume (483 GT - noted by her brokers as a rarity in her category), beaten the following year by her sistership All About U 2.

All About U is now asking €12,500,000

Soft tones, light woods and refined finishes characterise her CT Mimarlik-designed interior, which is illuminated by bounds of natural light thanks to multiple expansive windows. The central focus on board is her open-plan main saloon, which benefits from 360-degree panoramic views and effortless connection to the expansive aft deck. Here, there is a large oval dining table and relaxed, low-profile sofa seating as well as handy wine storage.

On board, modern interiors offer"generous guest capacity", accommodating up to 12 guests in a spacious full-beam owner’s suite, a full-beam VIP cabin and four guest cabins, all situated on the lower deck. There are further quarters for a crew of nine.

Outside, guests can enjoy expansive deck areas, including an impressive swim platform (said to be⁠ the largest swim platform found on this size yacht at 26 square metres), near a "generous" beach club offering a relaxing waterside retreat. Across her profile, All About U is decorated with numerous lounging and dining areas for "seamless" al fresco living, one of which is the sizeable 65 square metre flybridge, fitted with twin helms and fixed sunpads.

The steel-hulled motorsailer yacht for sale is equipped with a high-spec sail plan including hydraulic furlers, Lewmar captive winches and Doyle sails. She can reach top speeds of 14.8 knots and cruises comfortably at 12 knots, with a range of 3,000 nautical miles at 10 knots, powered by twin 803hp Caterpillar engines.
