Tom Corkett in the Newport Beach office of Ardell writes in to say that the ‘motivated’ owner of Maverick, a 28.83m motor yacht built by Kuipers in 2003 has reduced its price to $7.2 million. She has a transpacific and transatlantic range and sleeps six guests in three cabins. Maverick is not for sale to US residents while in US waters.
