The 44.2 metre motor yacht Alegria, listed for sale by Alex Clarke at Denison Yachting, has had a further price reduction of $1,300,000.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Benetti to a design by Stefano Righini, Alegria is ABS classed and MCA compliant, delivered in 2010 as a Benetti Vision model. A light cherry wood interior by Francois Zuretti accommodates 12 guests in five cabins comprising a master suite on the main deck plus two doubles and two twins with Pullman berths below. All cabins have entertainment centres, Samsung television screens and en suite bathroom facilities while there are crew quarters for up to nine members of staff aboard this yacht for sale.
The open-plan main deck saloon is particularly large as the owner requested that the dining room be relocated to the upper deck, and it offers marquetry flooring, comfortable furniture, a bar and an entertainment centre including a 43-inch Pioneer television screen and a stereo surround sound system.
The upper deck boasts a circular dining room completely enclosed by glass windows which, when opened, bring guests a taste of dining in the open air while protected from the elements. Up on the sun deck there are sunbathing cushions, a bar and two C-shaped seating areas around a Jacuzzi spa tub, offering an ideal location for al fresco relaxation. Her top speed is 15 knots and her power comes from two Caterpillar 1,300hp diesel engines.
On display at the Miami Yacht Show, Alegria is now asking $10,600,000.
