The 64.8-metre Benetti motor yacht Ambrosia is now listed for sale with Rupert Nelson and Mark Woodmansey of Burgess as well as Merle Wood of Merle Wood & Associates.

Delivered by Benetti in 2006, the Azipod-propelled, steel and aluminium, Italian-built superyacht was refitted in 2017, with $4,000,000 invested. She has a rich François Zuretti interior and an exterior by Stefano Natucci. Naval architecture is by Espen Oeino and Benetti.

Ambrosia is asking €35,800,000 and lying in Taiwan, soon relocating to Hong Kong.

The "highly sophisticated and technically advanced" yacht has been owned by the same experienced owner since new and only used privately. As well as her Azipods, Ambrosia benefits from a wheelchair-accessible elevator, a large cinema/panoramic saloon, a medical centre and massage/beauty parlour.

Accommodation is for 14 guests in six cabins, comprising four doubles and two twins with additional Pullman berths. The full-beam master cabin, forward on the main deck, sports his-and-hers bathrooms sharing a spa bath and shower. The owner's office is substantial in size and comfortable with sofas and armchairs as well as a desk. The VIP suite is located on the upper deck and also has a spa bath. There are quarters for a crew of 20.

Ambrosia's large main deck saloon has two zones comprising a sit-up bar and baby grand piano aft, with circular glass doors opening to the aft deck, plus a variety of seating areas in the wider space forward. The formal dining room, seating 16 guests, is forward again.

The upper deck skylounge boasts a desk, sofa and a gaming table. A pop-up TV allows this panoramic saloon to be converted to a cinema room. A "stargate"-themed circular dining room and sit-up bar create a "space-age ambiance". Constellations of night stars of the Northern and Southern hemispheres on the deckhead, linked to the yacht's GPS, change according to the yacht's location.

Up on the sun deck is the wellness spa with a gym, health and beauty salon and the medical centre. A crow's nest lounge around a compass table on the observation deck offers an intimate space.

The 1,639GT yacht for sale is Lloyd's Register classed and has an impressive range of up to 9,000 nautical miles, according to her specification. Ambrosia's twin Azipods are driven by a diesel-electric powertrain with twin 1,250hp Caterpillar diesels. The Azipod system allows for easy manoeuvring as well as dynamic positioning while zero-speed stabilisers ensure comfort at rest.

The inventory includes an 8.2-metre Vikal eight-person limousine tender and a 7.5-metre Tresco custom GRP tender, both powered by a single 300hp Volvo Penta engine. Tenders are launched from the lower deck garage by horizontal davits.

Ambrosia is asking €35,800,000 and lying in Taiwan, soon relocating to Hong Kong.
