Burgess tell me that they've signed a joint listing for sale with Merle Wood & Associates on the gorgeous 45m motor yacht Told U So.
Built by Benetti in 2011 to ABS class, she is MCA compliant and has a contemporary interior by Molori design accommodating 10 guests in five staterooms. These consist of a master suite, two VIP staterooms and a double and twin cabin, both with Pullman berths. All staterooms have en suite bathroom facilities.
Megayacht Told U So has an excellent charter record and comes with a full range of tenders, toys and sporting equipment. A finalist in the 2012 World Superyacht Awards, she is fitted with twin 1,380hp Caterpillar engines giving a cruising speed of 14 knots and a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 12 knots.
On display at the Miami Yacht & Brokerage show, Told U So is asking $24,950,000.
