The 44.2-metre Bering Yachts explorer yacht Heeus has been newly listed for sale with Josh Marshall of IYC.
Delivered in 2023 as the flagship of the Bering 145 series, she was designed in-house by the Turkish yard and Sabdes Yacht Design and has been used as a popular charter yacht until her listing.
Her naval architecture and interiors were also penned in-house, and she remains below the highly sought-after 500 GT threshold at 499 GT, maximising interior volume while offering significant operational advantages.
Stepping on board, the customised Scandinavian-inspired interior in the main saloon provides an inviting and highly functional design. A lounging area paired with a dining table for 12 guests completes the entertaining space.
Heeus can accommodate up to 12 guests across six en suite cabins. The full-beam master cabin is located on the main deck forward with a separate office space and wine fridge, a large en suite with a bath and steam room, his and hers vanities and a walk-in wardrobe.
Guest cabins are situated on the lower deck and comprise four cabins: two VIPs and two convertible twins. A smaller convertible cabin can also be found below deck, suitable for extra staff or additional guests, with a door both into the guest area and crew area.
Aft on the lower deck are the two mirrored VIP cabins with fixed queen beds, en suites and plenty of natural light from the large windows. Forward of them are the two mirrored guest cabins with convertible twin beds and additional pullman berths.
As an explorer yacht, outdoor living is central to the design. The main deck aft provides a large al fresco dining area, seating 12 guests along a banquette. The upper deck also benefits from an al fresco dining area with another table.
The upper saloon provides a more intimate social setting with a smaller lounge and round dining table, paired with a bar.
Up top, the flybridge offers an entertaining space complete with a cinema, along with a six-person spa pool, bar, dining table and fixed sun loungers. Here, there is also ample seating for up to 40 guests.
At sea level, a large beach club features a Hammam and shower with a starboard door opening to the sea.
The yacht for sale's twin Caterpillar engines can reach a maximum speed of up to 13 knots and a cruising speed of 10 knots.
Currently lying in Cannes, France, Heeus is asking €25,900,000.
