The 33.5-metre Broward motor yacht Alexandra Jane, offered for sale with Galati Yacht Sales, has had a price reduction of $500,000.
Alexandra Jane was built in aluminium by US yard Broward and delivered in 1995 as a raised pilothouse model. She received a full refit in 2019 and again in 2022 including major mechanical and interior upgrades, as well as a redesigned aft deck and the addition of an eight-person flybridge Jacuzzi.
Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite and three twins, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for four crew.
The full beam main saloon has two large sectional sofas plus occasional tables, a full bar and an entertainment centre including LED television set. Forward is a country-style galley with a cosy dinette seating eight guests for relaxed breakfasts and casual meals throughout the day.
The aft deck has twin dining tables, a built-in upholstered bench sofa and a bar, making it the ideal location for al fresco cocktails and evening meals. Port and starboard stairs in the transom lead down to a broad swim platform and access to the engine room and crew quarters. More outdoor space is readily available on the flybridge, offering wrap-around upholstered seating, a barbecue, a wet bar and a fridge, protected from the sun by a Bimini top.
Twin 1,400hp Detroit Diesel engines power her to a cruising speed of 12 knots.
Alexandra Jane is now asking $2,999,000 and is on display at the Miami International Boat Show.
