The brand new 39.4-metre Cantiere delle Marche motor yacht Presence has been sold by the builder in close collaboration with Simon Goldsworthy of Edmiston.

Due to be delivered by the Italian yard in 2026, Presence is an Acciaio 130 full displacement explorer yacht with transoceanic capability. Her exteriors were designed by Hydro Tec and interiors by Giorgio Cassetta Design.
Her interiors are open and refined with full-height windows, oak finishes, marble accents and warm textiles.
The bright and spacious main saloon has an open-plan layout with a dining table forward and a lounge aft. Informal gatherings may take place in the inviting skylounge with connection to the aft deck, protected by windbreak doors.
The neutral colour palette extends from the communal living spaces to the guest cabins. Accommodation on board is for up to 12 guests across five cabins. The full-beam owner's suite is situated on the main deck and benefits from panoramic sea views, complete with a private study, walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with his-and-hers basins.
Further accommodation is located on the lower deck, comprising two doubles and two convertible twins - each with a Pullman berth.
Extensive outdoor space is one of Presence's key highlights. The main deck aft is expansive with relaxed seating and al fresco dining close to the water. Wide stairways connect this area to a swim platform. Meanwhile, the beach club features a sauna, day head and shower to create a practical and resort-like space by the sea.
Additionally, removable railings allow the area to transform into a waterside lounge for swimming or launching toys.
Up a level, the bridge deck offers al fresco dining with protection from the elements, and those seeking sun can ascend onto the sundeck, specifically conceived for entertaining with a marble wet bar, grill, fridge and icemaker.
Her full-displacement steel hull with a bulbous bow is designed for both Mediterranean cruising and cold-water exploration, while the generous 8-metre beam ensures stability while underway.
Power comes from twin MAN engines and she reaches a top speed of 13.5 knots with a transoceanic range of 5,000 nautical miles at 10 knots.
