Cheoy Lee Motor Yacht Oculus Sold

The 27.71 metre motor yacht Oculus, listed for sale by Justin Onofrietti at Denison Yachting, has been sold in-house with the buyer introduced by Will Noftsinger.

Delivered in 2006 by Cheoy Lee and designed by Tom Fexas and Argonautica Yacht Interiors, she can sleep eight guests in four cabins laid out as a master suite, VIP suite, double and twin cabin, all with entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.

Oculus was asking $1,799,000

The saloon has been designed with granite flooring and panoramic windows that allow plenty of natural light to filter through into the dining and living areas. Key features include a bar, complete with wine cooler and icemaker, as well as an entertainment centre.

The enclosed flybridge comes with two helm seats, an L-shaped sofa and a mahogany cocktail table. Outdoor dining is available on the upper aft deck equipped with an L-shaped upholstered settee, fridge and a double Jennaire electric grill. Twin Caterpillar C32 diesel engines power to a cruising speed of 20 knots topping out at 26 knots.

Oculus was asking $1,799,000.
