The 49-metre CMN motor yacht La Tania has joined the brokerage market with Peter Brown and Nicholas von Sydow of Burgess.
Delivered in 2001, La Tania was constructed in steel and aluminium by the French shipyard to a four-deck design by The A Group. She was outfitted with interiors from the drawing boards of Winch Design, who used a nautical colour palette of navy and white paired with light and dark woods to characterise the motor yacht.
Since 2016, La Tania has benefited from annual maintenance under her current ownership, kept to "impeccable" standards under Burgess management as a proven performer within their charter fleet. Her last refit was completed in 2023.
A generous interior volume of 640GT offers accommodation for up to 11 guests in five cabins, including a main deck owner’s suite with a private office. A triple guest cabin, two double cabins and one twin cabin are located on the lower deck. Meanwhile, there are further quarters for a crew of 10.
Her living areas are expansive yet welcoming, bathed in natural light thanks to large picture frame windows. The main saloon is classically fitted, with a lounge area to aft and a formal dining table forward. The sky lounge above is equally as relaxing, with comfortable sofas positioned around a television and a bar nearby.
When it comes to exterior spaces, the yacht for sale boasts a large sundeck home to a sunpad-flanked Jacuzzi, as well as an al fresco dining table and bar amidships and loose sun loungers aft.
Al fresco dining and lounging can also be enjoyed on the aft decks of both the main and upper decks, while a well-equipped garage houses a wide array of water toys for further enjoyment.
The CMN yacht is powered by 1,500hp Caterpillar engines, which provide her with a top speed of 16 knots and a 12-knot cruising speed. Key specs include a beam of 9.6 metres and a 2.9-metre draft.
La Tania is asking €12,495,000, currently lying in the West Mediterranean.
