The 40 metre motor yacht Leudin I, listed for sale by Pierre Badin at Denison Yachting, has had its price reduced by $1,400,000 and is now asking $12,499,000.

Constructed in aluminium by Italian yard Columbus and delivered in 2013 as one of its Columbus 40S models, the tri-deck yacht sports the exterior design of Hydro Tec. Interiors by Hot Lab house up to 11 guests in five cabins comprising one master suite, two double and two twin cabins. Crew quarters host a team of seven.

This environmentally-conscious superyacht series has won numerous accolades since it hit the market. The first hull was awarded the 2014 ShowBoats Design Award for Interior Design and the Environmental Protection and Holistic Design Award.

Stand-out features on this yacht for sale include a large Jacuzzi at the bow and a hydraulic balcony that can be lowered to add to her huge exterior deck space.

Moving inside, Leudin I makes the most of her 8.2 metre beam, offering a vast main saloon with comfortable seating. A lavish sky lounge with al fresco dining options is located above, complete with several sun loungers and panoramic views.

Powered by advanced hybrid propulsion and twin 1,920hp MTU diesel engines, the Columbus 40S Hybrid has a maximum speed of 22 knots and a range of 5,000 nautical miles at a speed of 15 knots.
