The 41 metre Concorde sailing yacht Ocean Pure 2 has had a central agency change and is now jointly listed for sale by Bertrand Vogele at John Taylor Yachting and Maël Fiolet at Camper & Nicholsons.
Built in GRP by Thailand’s Concorde yard to a design by Farr Yacht Design, she was delivered in 1992 as part of the yard’s family of Mirabella charter yachts and most recently refitted in 2020. She can accommodate up to 10 guests in five well-appointed cabins in a relaxing ambience designed by Derek Frost.
Perfect for chartering, she features two identical VIP suites, two identical twin cabins plus another guest cabin with upper and lower beds, all including en suite bathrooms.
The yacht’s bridge is an enclosed area surrounded by large windows, providing a perfect view of the ocean regardless of the weather. Down the stairs forward is a comfortable saloon to port and dining area to starboard.
She has a spacious aft deck sheltered by a Bimini top that has proved to be a popular spot for al fresco dining. Other amenities include a sauna and gymnasium below deck.
Between 2019 and 2020 she received a major interior refit, which included new sails, new furnishings, a new cockpit layout, new teak in the cockpit, all new navigation and communication equipment and upgraded audio/video gear.
Under power, a 500hp Yanmar engine allows a top speed of 13 knots and a cruising speed of 10 knots, while a range of 2,500 nautical miles is possible.
Ocean Pure 2 is asking €5,900,000 with VAT paid.
