The 42.6 metre motor yacht Kate has been sold with Burgess representing both buyer and seller.

Built in GRP by Italian superyacht yard CRN Ancona to a design by Zuccon International, Kate was delivered in 2010 as one of the popular CRN 43m series and is RINA classed and MCA compliant. She has unrivalled volume for a yacht of her length and offers versatile living and entertaining areas both inside and on deck, all with tasteful contemporary styling.

Previously named Exuberance, she has accommodation for up to 11 guests in a five cabin layout configured as a master suite, three double cabins and a twin cabin with a Pullman berth. Notably, the master suite on the main deck has a private balcony with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. All cabins have full en suite facilities. In addition, nine crew are accommodated in five cabins.

The overall design is arranged into spacious, open areas across four decks. The sun deck is equipped with large umbrellas while the interiors of the yacht feature clean, geometrical lines, silk carpeting and fine marbles. In addition, the interior is embellished in light tones, which include grey and taupe, and brushed red pinewood contrasted with the wenge wood used for cupboard finishings. An integrated audio-video system, planned together with Videoworks and Intel, gives the owner the possibility to better exploit the entertainment and closed circuit TV surveillance devices on board.

Special features include a spacious side-loading garage with a 21' Castoldi tender, and a well equipped Techno gym in the open transom with direct access to the sea. Twin 1,400hp Caterpillar engines give her a range of 4,000 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 13 knots.

Kate was asking €12.9 million.
