Curtis Stokes at Curtis Stokes & Associates tells me he's just closed on the sale of the 32.3m motor yacht Grand Cru representing both buyer and seller.
Built in aluminium in 1984, Grand Cru is a classic 32.3m raised pilothouse Burger motor yacht with numerous and recent upgrades, including major refits in 1995, 1998, 2000 and 2010. Her upgrades include new generators and new teak decks in 2005, foredeck teak removed and new low maintenance decks installed and superstructure repainted in 2011.
Grand Cru offers accommodation for six guests in three staterooms, all en-suite and also features an air conditioned enclosed aft deck, large cockpit and flybridge.
Grand Cru was asking $870,000.
