I call James Troup at Dubois Yachts and he confirms that he and Ann Avery of Northrop and Johnson in Fort Lauderdale have signed a joint central agency on the 41m sailing superyacht Destination Fox Harb'r.
Built by New Zealand's Alloy Yachts in 2003 as the seventh yacht for a keen sailor, she was modelled on the yard's earlier Kokomo as regards the relationship between hull length and maximum width and has four staterooms for owner and guests along with three crew cabins. She had a thorough refit in 2008 and is available for viewing in Newport, Rhode Island, asking €11.5 million.
