€2 million price reduction on Benetti superyacht QM of London at Edmiston

Cornelius Gerling at Edmiston & Company tells me of a €2 million price drop on his central listing for sale, the 50m superyacht QM of London.

QM of London was built by Italian superyacht yard Benetti in 1998 to a design by Stefano Natucci and is a fine example of the yard’s Golden Bay series. ABS classed and MCA compliant, she sleeps 14 guests in a master, two VIPs, one double and three twin cabins. The huge owner’s suite runs the entire width of the top deck, while on the main deck are two elegant VIP staterooms with queen size beds. Her success on the charter market is a testament to how this unique Terence Disdale designed layout has proved so popular.

She underwent a €4.5 million refit in 2013 putting her in excellent shape. The refit included a full repaint of her hull and superstructure, ABS 15 year survey, W5 service on her engines, generators rebuilt, installation of a new bridge, interior refit, installation of a spa area and a beach club featuring a steam bath and gym.

Lying in Loano, Italy, QM of London is down to €9.95 million
