The 33.5-metre Feadship motor yacht Graycliffs has received a currency change and price reduction of circa €1,500,000 to her sales listing with Feadship Resale and Hannah Wolstenholme of Edmiston.
Delivered in 2016 by the Dutch yard, Graycliffs was constructed in aluminium and was designed by De Voogt Naval Architects, with interiors by Bannenberg & Rowell. The yacht has recently completed her 10-year class survey – and her broker notes how she is presented as a turnkey opportunity with low engine hours and VAT-paid status.
Accommodation on board is for up to eight guests across four cabins, including a full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck with en suite and bathtub. A VIP cabin on the lower deck offers comparable volume, alongside a further double and twin cabin, all with en suite bathrooms. Crew quarters accommodate up to five.
Interiors are characterised by a contemporary palette of light woods and neutral tones, enhanced by floor-to-ceiling windows and 2.5-metre ceiling heights in the main saloon. The space is arranged with an L-shaped sofa, armchairs and a dining area amidships, creating a bright, open-plan living environment with a strong connection to the outdoors.
From the saloon, steps aft lead down to a generous swim platform, which also serves as a launch point for tenders and toys.
The yacht’s exterior spaces are centred around a large sundeck fitted with a hardtop, secondary helm station and outdoor galley, while the main deck aft offers an al fresco dining and lounge area and the foredeck is arranged for sunbathing.
A tender garage houses a 5.6-metre Pascoe diesel jet tender.
The semi-displacement yacht for sale is powered by twin MTU engines, delivering a top speed of 20 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots, with a range of around 3,000 nautical miles. A shallow draft of 1.8 metres allows access to cruising grounds typically reserved for smaller yachts.
Graycliffs is now asking $16,900,000.
